Product Manager – Operations

Linz, full-time, m/w/x

As Product Manager with a focus on operations you are the main driver to promote successful cross-departmental collaboration around one of our SaaS solutions. You gather valuable product insights, identify key areas for improvement and influence business decisions. By providing product information to key decision makers, you are an important advisor to our client- and product-facing units.

Your tasks

  • You are a key interface to our Engineering Department, Product Teams, Client Office, and Data Scientists – in order to gain and distribute relevant data regarding usage.
  • You ensure a constant flow of information and alignment between different departments – thereby you optimize our processes and provide our product teams with operational support. 
  • You take ideas from other departments and make sure they are considered in the product roadmap/features – by sharing them with the product manager.
  • You are responsible for incident management – you analyze the underlying root causes and provide solutions on how these situations can be prevented.
  • You are the main driver of internal communication for feature releases and provide comprehensive feature documentation.
  • You hold product training sessions for internal stakeholders – to provide them with information around product vision, product features etc.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar.
  • Ideally, you have 1 to 2 years of working experience in an agile and fast-paced environment.
  • You demonstrate good knowledge of software engineering, data science, UI/UX and product management.
  • You share strong interests in E-Commerce/Online Marketing – in PPC Advertising in particular.
  • You are highly analytical and show distinctive problem-solving skills.
  • You have a structured and independent working style with a high level of self-organisation.
  • You have good communication skills – in German as well as in English – and enjoy working with different stakeholders in an international environment.

We offer a minimum salary of EUR 2,428 for this position, adjusted to match your qualifications and experience.
