Sales Manager

As Sales Manager you are responsible for the acquisition and development of new clients and sale of our unique software solutions! As a valuable member of our Sales team, you will play a key role in finding and qualifying potential leads while building lasting relationships with top international companies in the French market!

Your tasks

  • You establish and optimise the French business development process from qualification stage to hand over.
  • You actively prospect relevant customer opportunities in the French online retail sector.
  • You are responsible to sell smec products with determination and intelligence to relevant prospects.
  • You develop product stories with available collateral, and connect these stories to demos and proposals.
  • You organise relevant online and face-to-face meeting formats with key players in E-Commerce.
  • You are fully responsible for the maintenance and growth of the company's sales database.
  • You desire to exceed your goals consistently, and contribute ideas, energy and innovation to the team and wider company.
  • You are working with and developing commercial collateral with colleagues in marketing, product and client success management.

Your profile

  • You have at least 3 years of working experience in the French market and B2B SaaS/tech sales or agency business with paid media products.
  • You are a person with a proven, verifiable track record in intelligent prospect hunting with growth results from French online retailer contracts.
  • You show advanced prospecting skills (mailing campaigns, cold calling, content tagging, LinkedIn, etc.) and are strong in connecting with decision makers and influencers within target segments.
  • You are a highly self-organised and mature self-starter who understands the essence of working with colleagues and teams across countries.
  • You are willing to travel to the Austrian Headquarter every six weeks (Onboarding, Meetings).
  • You have excellent communication and writing skills in French and English and are recognised as a talented and articulate communicator and negotiator.
