In this position, you take on the roles of the Scrum Master and the Personal Developer in our agile environment: As a Scrum Master, you enable self-organization within the team, bring agile values and principles to life and ensure healthy high performance. In your role as Personal Developer, you drive the personal development of employees and are the main contact person for the team when it comes to organizational topics or personal issues.

Your tasks

  • You enable self-organisation within the team and ensure continuous team improvement.
  • You establish and maintain an environment in which the team can work effectively and efficiently.
  • You ensure smooth collaboration among team members, with other teams and stakeholders.
  • You protect the team from outside interruptions and clear impediments.
  • You ideally contribute to the organizational development across the company. 
  • You plan and drive the personal development (e.g. career paths) together with team members.
  • You coach employees individually regarding their personal growth, soft skills, etc.
  • You oversee contractual employee duties and handle contractual changes.
  • You are the first address for personal issues, health and happiness.

Your profile

  • You live and breathe agile product development – regardless of your formal education.
  • You can look back on at least 3 years of experience in an agile environment – preferably in a fast growing software company with international orientation.
  • You acted in key roles like Scrum Master, Team Lead and/or Product Owner.
  • You convince with your agile mindset – Scrum Master certification or participation in agile trainings are a plus.
  • You live the mindset of empowering people through your lateral leadership role – this is also reflected in your professional communication skills.
  • You are fluent in business English and enjoy working in an international environment.

For legal reasons, we refer to the collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 3,094 (14 x per year) for this position. The actual salary depends on your qualification and experience, a willingness to overpay is given.
