Senior Digital Marketing Manager (m|f|d)

As Senior Digital Marketing Manager you develop, execute and analyze demand- and lead generation programs via digital channels. In doing so, you use a data-driven approach to optimize the ROI on all marketing campaigns. You also work closely with our Content- and Product Marketing teams in order to ensure optimal delivery of projects.

Your tasks

  • You plan, create, manage and track paid ad campaigns across a variety of channels (search, display, social).
  • You continuously optimize targeting, messaging and creative – whilst carefully balancing various KPIs such as CPA, volumes, ROI and more.
  • You develop marketing automation flows (e.g. nurturing flows, drip-campaigns) and keep existing ones up-to-date.
  • You team up with designers and copywriters to develop top quality creatives and texts to target various audiences .
  • You create user-centric landing pages and optimize websites for conversions. 
  • You drive & execute smec’s SEO strategy in close cooperation with the content marketing team.
  • You work closely with our cross functional teams to understand market needs, align on goals and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • You continuously ideate new strategies for customer acquisition via various performance channels and share your knowledge with colleagues.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field.
  • You gained min. 4 years of work experience in a digital marketing position – preferably in a SaaS environment in Europe and/or US.
  • You are experienced in running B2B performance marketing campaigns (incl. remarketing) across social media (especially LinkedIn), search, display, email and video.
  • You developed and executed search engine optimization strategies incl. keyword research for website content optimization.
  • You ideally understand web publishing requirements and UX in order to increase onpage conversion rates.
  • You show analytical abilities and hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console & Data Studio.
  • You convince with your project management skills and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders.
  • You always stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and in German.

For legal reasons, we refer to the collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 3.094 (14 x per year) for this position. The actual salary depends on your qualification and experience, a willingness to overpay is given.
