Senior Angular/Design System Developer

Linz, full-time|part-time, m|f|x

As a Senior Frontend Software Architect you will work closely with our product team – you will further develop our design system and take care of libraries, best practices and processes. Moreover, in this DesignOps position you will close the gap between software development and design processes.

Your tasks

  • You take care of implementing and maintaining libraries and processes that display cross-functional design concepts.
  • You are responsible for linking product design and software development.
  • You play an active role in mentoring and you contribute to the solid front-end architectures of our product teams.
  • You are responsible for future frontend technologies, architectures and processes.

Your profile

  • You successfully completed your education (HTL and/or degree in IT).
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in software development.
  • You are highly skilled in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
  • You have experience with Angular, knowledge about other SPA frameworks is nice-to-have.
  • You know best how to work with frontend tools and design systems.
  • You are a novelty seeker and have a strong affinity for the technologies we are using such as Java 8, Javascript, Scala, Groovy, Node, Python, R, Git, Gitlab, IntelliJ, MySql, Google Cloud, Spark, Akka, Spring, Boot, Gradle, Spock Framework, Angular, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana etc.
  • You are passionate about UI/UX and graphics/interactive design.

Front-end technologies we use:

Angular, Javascript, ES6, Typescript, Node, Bootstrap, D3.js, CSS Preprocessors, webpack, Git, GitLab, IntelliJ, Google Cloud, Gradle, GraphQL, Docker, Sketch, Abstract, and many more.

We offer a minimum salary of EUR 3,565 for this position, adjusted to match your qualifications and experience.
