We love to share our thoughts and really care about keeping everybody informed here at smec. For this reason, we have meetups and come together regularly to discuss ideas, business topics and a whole lot more.
Every six weeks, we come together internally to discuss the latest developments of smec – to make sure everyone knows what’s going on in our various departments. Afterwards we like to celebrate like our Summer BBQ in the inner yard of Tabakfabrik.
In addition, we love common trips such as skiing or sightseeing! And we are quite proud that so many smecies join on a regular basis – kids and family are often invited as well.
We appreciate flat hierarchies, shared desks, and direct feedback and so we are looking for employees who value their freedom in many regards.
